Each custom product is made based on the specifications you provide. You are responsible for verifying all custom details, including spelling, design approvals, and requested specifications before finalizing an order.

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including orders that violate our content policies (e.g., inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content).

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods. Your order is not finalized until payment has been received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, custom design time, and carrier delays.

Maker Toybox is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless a mistake was made on our part.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

For non-customized items, returns may be accepted according to our Return Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maker Toybox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
