Thank you for shopping with Maker Toybox. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Please review our Return Policy below:

Custom Orders

Because of the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless an error was made by Maker Toybox.

If there is a mistake on your custom order (such as a spelling error, incorrect design, or damage during production), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will gladly work with you to correct the issue.

Non-Custom Products

For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Maker Toybox error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will request photographs of the damage to assist with a replacement or refund.
