📄 Maker Toybox Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Maker Toybox Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

• Affiliates earn 10% commission on referred sales made using their unique coupon code.

• Affiliates’ audiences receive a 10% discount when using the coupon code at checkout.

• Participation is free and open to individuals, influencers, and content creators who align with Maker Toybox values.

2. Coupon Codes & Tracking

• Each affiliate will be assigned a unique coupon code (e.g., JENNY10).

• All sales using that code will be credited to the affiliate.

• Orders not using the code cannot be credited retroactively.

• Codes are for promotional use only and may not be shared on public coupon sites.

3. Commissions & Payouts

• Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.

• Payouts are made monthly, via PayPal or Cash App, within 30 days of month end.

• A 30-day hold applies to all commissions to allow for cancellations or refunds.

• No minimum sales threshold is required to receive payment.

4. Restrictions

• Affiliates may not purchase products using their own coupon code for personal discounts.

• Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, or paid ads that impersonate Maker Toybox.

• Affiliates may not alter logos, images, or product descriptions provided by Maker Toybox.

• Any violation of these rules may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Content & Branding

• Affiliates are encouraged to use the Maker Toybox Affiliate Starter Kit (images, banners, and captions).

• Affiliates must not present Maker Toybox products in a way that is offensive, misleading, or damaging to the brand.

6. Termination

• Maker Toybox reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.

• Affiliates may leave the program at any time by written notice.

• If the program is terminated, outstanding approved commissions will be paid out.

7. Agreement

By applying to and participating in the Maker Toybox Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
