Handmade & Custom Products

Many Maker Toybox items are:

• Handmade

• Made-to-order

• Personalized

• Custom engraved

• Custom designed

Because of the personalized nature of these products, custom or personalized orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

please contact Maker Toybox within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order information

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging if applicable

We will work to resolve the issue through:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Partial refund

• Store credit

• Other reasonable solutions when appropriate

Non-Custom Returns

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• The item is in original condition

• The item is returned in appropriate packaging

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the issue resulted from an error by Maker Toybox.

Custom Order Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Design proofs

• Spelling

• Measurements

• Custom details

before approving custom work for production.

Maker Toybox is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

Natural Material Variations

Many products are created using natural materials such as wood. Variations in:

• Grain

• Texture

• Color

• Burn patterns

• Material character

are normal and part of the handcrafted nature of the product.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production, engraving, cutting, or customization has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or platform used for purchase.
